John Redmond

John Redmond, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, is a dedicated Mental Health Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and serves as the CEO of the Pathways to Wellness Team in Memphis, Tennessee. With a background that includes service in the U.S. Army and diverse experiences across various healthcare settings, John brings a wealth of perspective to his practice.

Specializing in the treatment of adults and adolescents grappling with a range of mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and mood disorders, John employs his deep understanding of psychopharmacology to craft tailored treatment plans for each individual. Embracing a holistic approach to mental health care, he emphasizes not just medication management, but also integrates psychotherapy, lifestyle adjustments, and stress management techniques into his practice.

Focused on supporting individuals navigating post-traumatic stress and depression, John is dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate care. His unwavering commitment to assisting individuals, families, and veterans is deeply personal, making him a trusted companion on their path to healing. As part of the Pathways to Wellness Team, John ensures that each person receives personalized care, leading the way towards mental wellness and resilience. Charlene Sparrow

Charlene Sparrow, APRN, PMHNP-BC, FNP-BC, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Mental Health Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, dedicated and compassionate, specializing in providing high-quality psychiatric care. She specializes in treating adults and adolescents with a variety of mental health disorders including anxiety, depression, PTSD and mood disorders. She has a deep understanding of psychopharmacology and uses this knowledge to develop effective treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient. She strongly believes in a holistic approach to mental health care. She focuses not only on medication management but also on psychotherapy, lifestyle modifications, and stress management techniques to help patients achieve optimal mental health.

She is also known for her excellent communication skills, empathy, and ability to build strong relationships with patients. She is deeply committed to working alongside her patients to develop individualized treatment plans that meet their unique needs and promote overall wellness. She strives to create a safe and supportive environment where patients feel comfortable discussing their mental health concerns. She is also committed to staying up-to-date with the latest research and advancements as she learned during her tenure at St. Jude to continue providing the best possible care for her patients. Outside of work, Charlene Sparrow enjoys spending time reading and trips to the beach with her husband, children and grandchildren.

Brigitte Boll

Brigitte Boll APRN, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) through the ANCC. She has been serving the Clarksville community since 2013, beginning her career as a registered nurse. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western Governors University and her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University in 2023.

With experience across multiple nursing fields, Brigitte’s true passion lies in mental health. She believes that a healthy mind is the foundation for a fulfilling life, enabling individuals to reach their full potential and build resilience against life’s challenges. She is dedicated to fostering strong relationships, guiding individuals through their mental health journeys, and providing personalized, compassionate care.

Brigitte specializes in treating patients across the lifespan, taking a holistic approach that considers both individuals and families. She has extensive knowledge of psychopharmacology and nonpharmacological treatments, incorporating psychotherapy, lifestyle modifications, and coping strategies tailored to each patient’s needs.

Having grown up in a military family, Brigitte is especially attuned to the unique challenges faced by service members, veterans, and their families. She provides expert care for a range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, sleep disorders, and mood disorders.

Outside of her practice, Brigitte enjoys spending time with her family and engaging in outdoor and creative activities such as hiking, kayaking, fishing, gardening, crafting, bowling, and more.

allison baskett

Allison Baskett, PMHNP-C is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner specializing in comprehensive, compassionate care for individuals and families across the lifespan. With advanced training in perinatal mental health, she supports patients through the emotional challenges of pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood—offering evidence-based treatment grounded in empathy and collaboration.

In addition to her perinatal focus, Allison provides psychiatric evaluation and medication management for children and adolescents, helping young people navigate anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and other mental health concerns. She values a team-based approach and works closely with families, therapists, and schools to ensure continuity and support.

Understanding that mental health care must fit real lives, Allison offers extended clinic hours, making it easier for patients and families to receive timely, accessible treatment without added stress.

Allison is committed to creating a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where every patient feels heard, respected, and empowered on their path to wellness.

Christa Dunlop

Christa Dunlop, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, graduated from Northwest Community College in 2011 with her associate’s degree in nursing, Walden University with her Bachelor of Science in nursing in 2019 and completed her Master of Science Advanced Practice Nursing degree at Walden University in May of 2021. Christa is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner treating children, adolescents and adults.

Christa worked at Regional One Health for eleven years as a registered nurse in the Trauma Intensive Care Unit, Burn Post-Anesthesia Care Unit, and Trauma Post-Anesthesia Care Unit, prior to obtaining her Master’s degree. Her desire to work in a more impactful role in mental health grew while working at “The Med” and Memphis Mental Health Institute. She is driven by “meeting people where they are” to truly help individuals of all ages. Christa has since become an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider.

Christa strives to give each patient empathy and respect while ensuring that they feel seen and heard. She treats anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, ADHD, mood disorders and psychotic disorders. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, traveling, relaxing at the lake, and spending time with her family and friends.

Lucas

Lucas A. Trautman, MD, MPH – Medical Director, Dr. Lucas Trautman serves as Medical Director and collaborating physician at Pathways to Wellness, where he helps guide clinical care and shape programs that support patients on their path to recovery and lifelong wellness.

A double board-certified psychiatrist and addiction medicine specialist, Dr. Trautman brings more than two decades of experience across behavioral health, addiction treatment, and public health. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and a Diplomate of the American Board of Preventive Medicine in Addiction Medicine, and he holds unrestricted medical licensure in Tennessee and Mississippi.

Dr. Trautman earned his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Tennessee College of Medicine, where he also completed his psychiatry residency, following a pediatric internship at LSU Health Sciences Center in New Orleans. He holds a Master of Public Health from Tulane University, giving him a population-level perspective that informs his clinical work and his approach to complex, systemic health challenges.

Throughout his career, Dr. Trautman has held senior medical leadership roles across the region. He has cared for patients across the full continuum of behavioral health – children and adolescents, adults, and older adults – in inpatient, residential, and outpatient settings, and has maintained a private psychiatry practice in Memphis since 2008.

A recognized voice on mental health and the opioid epidemic, Dr. Trautman is a returning medical correspondent for Fox News and has been quoted by outlets including The Lancet, The Telegraph, BBC News, and The Washington Post. He writes and speaks frequently on addiction recovery, trauma, and emerging treatments, translating complex clinical topics into practical guidance for patients and the public. In recognition of his work, he was honored with the Shelby County Shining Star award for expanding access to behavioral health services across Shelby County and for helping reduce the stigma surrounding behavioral health treatment.

Jeff Glover

Jeff Glover, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-C, is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate care at the Pathways to Wellness Team. Driven by a deep commitment to patient advocacy, Jeff focuses on building strong, trusting relationships with his patients, ensuring they feel supported and empowered from their very first visit.

Jeff specializes in treating adults and adolescents facing a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and mood disorders. He has a especially strong passion for addiction medicine, utilizing evidence-based psychopharmacology and specialized interventions to support individuals navigating substance use disorders and recovery. Embracing a truly holistic approach to mental health care, Jeff prioritizes individualized medication management while integrating supportive therapy, lifestyle adjustments, and practical coping strategies to treat the whole person.

Jeff draws heavily on his diverse life experiences to inform his practice and deepen his patient connections. This broad perspective allows him to truly meet people where they are, offering a unique understanding of the varied challenges his patients face. By bringing these real-world insights into the clinic, he strives to foster a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where patients can safely collaborate on their path toward lasting healing and wellness.

Outside of the clinic, Jeff enjoys staying active and spending quality time with family and friends. He is an avid sports fan who rarely misses a game, always ready to cheer on the Crimson Tide with a spirited “Roll Tide.”
